How to use : 

Use lukewarm water- allow it to run for 5-10 minutes to soften the skin. Apply body polish in a circular motion, start at your feet and move upwards towards your heart to enhance circulation. Maintain gentle pressure. Rinse thoroughly and apply moisturizer while the skin is still damp.

Caution : Avoid use on any cuts or delicate areas. Do not exfoliate if skin is sunburned or irritated for any reason.
